探究式教学法在中国法制史课程教学中的应用——以传统文学作品为例

摘　　要：探究式教学法在中国法制史课程中的实践,可通过选择合适的传统文学作品,根据其中体现的传统法律制度设计探究作品的内容。探究式教学法在具体的实施过程中,要充分考虑其实施的基本条件和课程特点,教师应事先构建好探究式教学法的教学模式,并为确保探究式教学法的顺利实施提供条件保障;学生不仅要具有很强的主动性和积极性,还要有较强的自学能力,善于提出问题。To implement the inquiry-based teaching method for courses such as Legal History of China,teachers can select some traditional Chinese literary works and explore the design of the traditional legal systems reflected in them. Basic conditions and characteristics of the course must be thoroughly considered for the implementation of the inquiry-based teaching method. Teachers must construct a suitable model of teaching in advance,and ensure the conditions for a successful practice are fulfilled. The success of this method also depends on students. They need to take the initiative,be capable of independent study,and always have questions ready.
