汕头电动汽车充电设施建设相关问题研究

摘　　要：中国电动汽车推广已取得巨大成效,但是缺少充电设施严重困扰电动汽车用户,为此国家和广东省专门出台加快电动汽车充电设施建设的政策指引和专门规划。汕头市电动汽车充电设施基础薄弱,而且建设目标保守、不完整且模糊不清。汕头市电动汽车充电设施建设应当合理确定充电设施建设目标,实施强制性电动汽车充电设施配套建设标准,对电动汽车充电设施建设运营实施简政放权和优化服务。Electric vehicles has been greatly popularized in China, but their users suffer badly from charging facility shortage, so recently the nation and Guangdong province have introduced policies and devised plans to accelerate the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities. In Shantou the facilities are especially deficient, and the construction is not enterprising nor clearly designed. Accordingly this paper suggests that Shantou should reasonably determine its construction goal, implement mandatory standards for ancillary construction, streamline administration and optimize service for construction and operation of charging facilities.
