“创新强校工程”融入地方建设相关问题的思考——以广东省部分高校为例

摘　　要："创新强校工程"实施以来,各层次院校采取了不同的方式方法,取得了积极成效,对于推动广东转型升级和建设应用型高校发挥了引领作用。但存在长官意志色彩浓厚、求大求全的战略布局和形而上学的操作方法等问题。未来须继续解放思想并处理好"守常"与"立新"的关系,依托项目推动并处理好"自律"与"他律"的关系,坚持多元共生并处理好"技术"与"文化"的关系。Since the implementation of the university innovation project, colleges and universities have achieved positive results with various methods,and have promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong and construction of application-oriented universities. But there are hindrances like heavy mandarin consciousness heavy color, and over-ambitious strategic layout and the metaphysical operation. This paper argues that it is necessary to emancipate the mind and to mediate between normality and innovation, between autonomy and heteronomy, and between technology and culture.
