摘 要:为探寻阿纳其根的生物活性成分,对其抗肿瘤活性部位化学成分进行了研究。结果表明,主要抗肿瘤活性部位为二氯甲烷部位和乙酸乙酯部位。从阿纳其根的二氯甲烷部位和乙酸乙酯部位共分离得到10个单体成分,其中,包括7个N-烷基酰胺类生物碱、1个香豆素和2个黄酮苷。分别为十四-2E,4E,8E-三烯酸-4-羟基苯乙胺(1)、十-2E,4E-二烯酸异丁基胺(2)、十一-2E,4E-二烯-8,10二炔酸苯乙胺(3)、十四-2E,4E-二烯酸-4-羟基苯乙胺(4)、十四-2E,4E-二烯-8,10-二炔-异丁基胺(5)、十-2E,4E-二烯酸苯乙胺(6)、十二-2E,4E-二烯酸苯乙胺(7)、异莨菪亭(8)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、异鼠李素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。活性部位分离得到的化合物1为1个新的化合物,化合物2~4,化合物8~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。Components that systematic separated from the root of Anaycclus pyrethrum were identified, in order to lay a foundation for future study of the root of A. pyrethrum. The CCK-8 assay showed that dichloromethane fraction exhibited the highest degree of cyto- toxicity than others. Ten monomeric components were obtained from dichloromethane fraction and ethyl acetate fraction extracted from the root of A. pyrethrum, including 7 N-alkylamides, one coumarin and two flavonoid glycosides. They were identified as tetradeca-2E, 4E,8E-trienoic acid 4-hydroxyphenylethylamide(1), deca-2E,4E-dienoicacid isobutylamide(2), undeca-2E,4E-diene-8,10-diynoic acid phenylethylamide ( 3 ), tetradeca-2E, 4E-dienoic acid 4-hydroxyphenylethylamide ( 4 ), tetradeca-2E, 4E-diene-8,10-diynoic acid isobutylamide (5), deca-2E,4E- dienoic acid 4-hydroxyphenylethylamide (6), dodeca-2E,4E-dienoic acid 4-hydroxy -phenyl-ethylam- ide ( 7 ), isoscopoletin ( 8 ) , quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 9 ), isorhamnetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 10 ). Among them, com- pound 1 was identified as a new compound. Compounds 2-4. 8-10 were isolated from this herb for the first time.
