传统玲珑釉的研制与表征

摘  要:采用单因素实验及三元配料实验法制得碧绿透光、坯釉适应性和釉面效果较好的传统玲珑釉,并对其进行表征。实验结果表明:釉灰对玲珑釉釉面效果的影响最大,影响玲珑釉呈色的主要因素是硅钙摩尔比,优化配方的化学组成为:SiO_2 73.21%,Al_2O_3 15.47%,Fe_2O_3 0.71%,CaO 5.74%,MgO 0.36%,K_2O 2.82%,Na_2O 1.71%;XRD与SEM分析表明:呈色为米白、淡青和碧绿色调的釉烧成后含有石英相,碧绿色调的还有少量鳞石英存在;而呈色为碧绿泛蓝的釉层中除含有石英相和方石英相外,还含有蓝晶石相,这也是其呈泛蓝色的原因。In our study,single factor and triangle testing methods were employed to prepare traditional rice-pattern glazes with jade green color and transparent appearance as well as good glaze-body adaptability and glazing effects.The as-prepared samples were characterized.The results show that glaze ash is the heaviest contributor to the glazing effect of rice-pattern glaze and the main factor contributing to the glaze coloration is silicon to calcium molar ratio.The optimized formula is as follows:SiO_2 73.21%,Al_2O_3 15.47%,Fe_2O_3 0.71%,CaO 5.74%,MgO 0.36%,K_2O 2.82%,Na_2O 1.71%.XRD and SEM analysis results showed that quartz was formed in the crystalline phase presenting in the glaze with milky white,light cyan and jade green color;While in the glaze of jade green,there existed a small amount of tridymite.However kyanite was identified in glazes of jade green with kyanite phase in addition to quartz and cristobalite,which was the reason of generation of the blue hue.
