摘 要:LED可见光通信中光电接收器输出信号幅值较小且有畸变,影响了数据传输速率。设计了光电接收器信号处理系统,通过将光电接收器输出的信号放大,并将单端信号转变成差分信号,然后输入至限幅放大器中整形恢复。实验结果表明,该信号处理电路可以实现800 MHz正弦波的整形,将其连接到可见光通信系统中,在LED上加载280 MHz正弦波,信号处理电路具有较好的跟随和整形恢复能力,信号速率约可达到560 Mbps,达到了目前单信道LED使用OOK调制传输的最高速率水平。In LED visible light communication system,the amplitude of the outputsignal of the photoelectric receiver is relatively small and the profile would be distorted,thus the data transmission rate would be restricted.A photoelectric signal processing system is designed in the paper.The out put signals of the photoelectric receiver are amplified at first,then the single-ended signals are converted to the differential signals,and finally the differential signals enteres into the limiting amplifier for shaping recovery.The experimental results show that the signal processing circuit can shape 800 MHz sinusoidal into square wave.After the signal processing circuit is intergraded into the visible light communication system and a sinusoidal wave with the frequency of 280 MHz was loaded into LEDs,it is verified the processing circuit has a good ability of following and shaping.The data transmission rate can reach up to 560 Mbps,which is the best performance of single-channel LED with OOK modulation.
