摘 要:设计了一种串联电磁式水质硝酸盐浓度检测传感器,该传感器由平面电磁线圈和叉指阵列电极串联组成。搭建试验检测电路,针对不同浓度的硝酸盐溶液环境对传感器进行试验研究。结果表明,当电路输入信号频率为500K左右,硝酸盐溶液浓度低于40mg/L时,传感器的阻抗能够明显区分硝酸盐浓度,且阻抗灵敏度、阻抗实部灵敏度与溶液溶度之间呈现很好的线性关系,从而为电磁式水质硝酸盐浓度检测传感器的设计和实际应用提供参考。Aseries electromagnetic sensor is designed for the detection of nitrate concentration in water,which consists of planar electromagnetic coils and interdigital array electrodes in series. A test circuit is set up to test the sensor for different concentration of nitrate solution. The results show that when the input frequency of the circuitis about 500 K and the concentration of nitrate solution is below 40 mg/L, the impedance of the sensor can clearly distinguish nitrate concentration, and the sensitivity of the impedance and the real part of the impedance show a good linear relationship with the concentration of nitrate. So it will provide reference for the design and practical application for the nitrate concentration detecting of the water in electromagnetic sensor.
