农民土地价值观对耕地利用效率的影响

摘　　要：为深入研究农民土地价值观对耕地利用效率的影响,以农民土地价值观为出发点,确定农民土地价值观量表体系,基于武威市一区两县的调查数据,运用因子分析对量表进行信效度检验,采用数据包络分析测算耕地利用效率,回归分析农民土地价值观与耕地利用效率的关系。研究表明:农民土地价值观划分为土地为本观、土地亲和观、土地保障观、土地致富观和土地权利观具有理论意义。土地为本观、土地亲和观和土地致富观每增加一个单位,耕地利用效率相应提高0.094、0.071和0.116个单位,说明这三种价值观对耕地利用效率具有正向影响;农民土地价值观增加一个单位,耕地利用效率提高0.316个单位。因此,应正确把握城镇化背景下的农民土地价值观,为提高耕地利用效率提供合理依据。For a further research on how farmer＇s land value affects the cultivated land use efficiency,we took the farmer＇s land value as a starting point to build a system of the farmer＇s land values. Based on the survey data of Wuwei-a district and two counties,we used factor analysis to test reliability and validity of scale,used data envelopment analysis to measure the cultivated land use efficiency,and used regression analysis to analyze the correlation between the farmer＇s land values and land use efficiency. Research shows that farmers＇ land values can be divided into land reliance,land affinity,land insurance,land estate and land right. every unit increasing in land reliance,land affinity and land estate results in a increase in cultivated land use efficiency by 0. 094,0.071 and 0. 116 units respectively,that is to say these three values have a positive influence on cultivated land use efficiency. The farmers＇ land values increase one unit,and the efficiency of the cultivated land increases by0. 316 units. Therefore,we should correctly grasp farmers＇ land values under the background of urbanization and provide reasonable theoretical basis to improve land use efficiency.
