摘  要:通过正交试验研究聚合物改性水泥砂浆的力学性能.考察了水胶比(A)、聚胶比(B)、砂胶比(C)及集灰比(D)四个因素,每个因素四个水平,采用L_(16)(4~5)正交表进行试验安排.研究发现,各因素对不同力学性能指标影响显著程度的排序不尽相同,且重复试验方差分析所对应的因素显著程度高于无重复试验;重复试验的方差分析表明:砂胶比(C)及集灰比(D)是影响抗折强度显著因素;聚胶比(B)及集灰比(D)是影响抗压强度的显著因素.The mechanical properties of polymer modified cement mortar ware studied based on the orthogonal experiment. Four factors as water-binder ratio(A), polymer-binder ratio(B),sand-binder ratio(C) and active mineral mixture replacement rate(D) ware investigated,and each factor had four level values. The experimental results ware conducted and studied according to the orthogonal table L_(16)(4~5). It shows that the significant effect degree of the four factors on the different mechanical performance indexes was not the same, and the significant effect degree concluded from the variance analysis of repeated test data was larger, compared with the separate tests. The variance analysis of repeated test shows that factor C and D had a significant effect on the flexural strength of polymer modified cement mortar, while B and D were key factors of the bending strength.
