摘  要:掘进工作面局部通风机压入式通风实际上是有限空间附壁射流,该技术已在各类金属矿山工程实践中得到广泛应用。以平泉小寺沟矿业有限公司铜钼矿615 m中段为工程背景,利用CFD技术对掘进工作面有限空间附壁射流流场进行模拟,根据流场模拟结果对现有有限空间附壁射流流场结构理论进行分析,将参数模拟计算结果与经验公式计算结果进行对比验证。研究表明,模拟结果与流场结构、经验公式计算结果一致,现有经验计算公式可以满足掘进工作面有限空间附壁射流通风计算的要求。同时,压入式通风风筒口与工作面距离不超过10 m的规程要求满足通风安全需要。The local ventilation implemented by air compression fans in the excavation workface is actually making use of the mechanism of wall attachment jet in confined space,which has already been applied in the engineering practices of a wide range of metal mines. The paper took Level 615 m of a copper-molybdenum mine of Xiaosigou mining company in Pingquan as the engineering background and used CFD to simulate the flow field of wall attachment jet in the confined space of the excavation workface. Based on the simulation results,the existing theory on the flow field structure of wall attachment jet in confined space was analyzed,and the parameter simulation calculation results were compared with the calculation results of the empirical formula and verified. The research suggested that the simulation results were consistent with the flow field structure and the empirical formula calculation results; the existing empirical formula can meet the requirement of the calculation for ventilation utilizing wall attachment jet in the confined space of the excavation workface. At the same time,the distance between the air compression pipe's opening and the workface was less than 10 m,which met the ventilation safety requirement.
