破碎设备基本技术参数的优化及应用

摘　　要：在金属矿山选矿生产过程中,破碎设备的运行是否正常、基本技术参数的调整是否合理,直接影响破碎作业的顺利进行和产量的高低。根据太平矿业公司破碎设备运行的稳定性、经济性、生产能力、衬板的使用寿命等方面对破碎设备基本技术参数进行优化调整。生产实践表明:在优化后的破碎设备技术参数状态下设备运行稳定、故障少、效率高、能耗低、衬板使用寿命长、维修成本低,满足生产需要。Normal functioning of crushing equipment and reasonable rudimentary technical parameters adjustment will have a direct impact on the smooth operation and productivity of the crushing process. The paper adjusted and optimized the rudimentary technical parameters according to the functioning stability,economy,productivity and the service life of linings of the crushing equipment in Taiping mining company. Production practice shows that under the optimized parameters,the equipment functions stably with little malfunction,high efficiency,low power consumption and long service life of linings as well as low maintenance cost. The production needs are well met.
