摘  要:九仗沟金矿矿石中金以极微细粒形式存在,且其载体矿物黄铁矿嵌布粒度也较细小,细磨后金易随矿泥流失在尾矿中,通过利用矿化泡沫的"二次富集"作用,对精选作业流程进行了改造,在精选一泡沫槽安装闸板优先选出聚集在泡沫槽上层的细粒级高品位合格精矿,避免其过磨而造成损失,有效地解决了九仗沟金矿微细粒金的及时回收难题,进一步提高了金的回收率。The gold in the ores from Jiuzhanggou Gold Mine is in the form of super micro-fine particles and its carrier,pyrite,is also in fine particles which after fine grinding will lose gold to the slime that ends up in tailings. The paper made use of " the secondary enrichment" effect of mineralized foams and renovated the cleaning process,that is to install flash board in the foam cell to preferentially separate the high-grade fine-particle concentrate enriched in the upper part of the foam,avoiding their loss by over-grinding. Thus timely recovery of micro-fine gold from the gold ores of Jiuzhanggou Gold Mine is realized. The gold recovery rate is further improved.
