摘 要:研究建立了矿石中铅、锌的连续测定方法,选择饱和硝酸-氯酸钾溶液消解样品,加入浓硫酸使铅形成沉淀与锌分离,沉淀利用乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液溶解后测定铅,滤液采用化学掩蔽法消除干扰,EDTA滴定法测定锌、镉总量,减去原子吸收光谱法测定的镉量即为锌量。通过条件实验优化了浓硫酸用量、陈化时间、有机溶剂抑制剂等影响因素。该方法测定铅和锌的相对标准偏差为0.18%~1.52%,加入标准物质回收率为96.00%~102.70%,其准确度和精密度良好。该方法具有操作简单、快速,成本低等优点,适合大批量样品的测定。The method for continuous determination of lead and zinc in ores was researched and established. The process used saturated HNO3-KClO3 solutions to dissolve samples,then concentrated H2SO4 was added to separate lead from zinc by precipitating it. The precipitation was dissolved by CH3COOH-CH3COONa buffer solution for the determination of lead. Masking agent was added in the filtrate to eliminate interference and the content of zinc and cadimium was determined by EDTA titration. The zinc content was obtained by taking out the cadimium content determined by AAS. The influence factors including the dosage of concentrated H2SO4,aging time and organic solvent inhibitor were optimized by condition tests. The method for the determination of lead and zinc has a RSD of 0. 18 %-1. 52 %. The recovery rate of standard substance added is 96. 00 %-102. 70 %. The accuracy and precision of the method are both good. The method is easy to operate,fast and low in cost,suitable for the determination of batch samples.
