摘 要:在分析脱磷机理及炉渣物相的基础上,以首秦公司100t转炉脱磷生产为例,研究了转炉双联脱磷、脱磷脱碳枪脱磷、转炉冶炼加出钢脱磷、三渣法脱磷等几种工艺的转炉深脱磷能力。实践表明:转炉冶炼加出钢脱磷工艺脱磷率最高,达到97.5%,脱磷后w(P)能达到0.002%;三渣法脱磷符合生产条件,在铁水w(P)达到0.150%的条件下,脱磷率达到96.7%,能有效降低冶炼成本。Based on analyzing the dephosphorization mechanism and slag phase,taking the dephosphorization production of 100 tconverter in Shouqin Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.as an example,the deep dephosphorization capability was studied under several dephosphorizing processes such as the duplex melting of converter,the dephosphorizing and decarbonizing oxygen lance,the smelting plus tapping and the triple slag.The practices showed that the dephosphorization rate of the smelting plus tapping dephosphorization process was the highest,even to 97.5 % and the phosphorus content of the steel after dephosphorizing could reduced to 0.002 %.The triple slag process was most suitable for production condition of Shouqin Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.,by which the dephosphorization rate came up to 96.7 % under the phosphorus content of 0.150 %in hot metal and the cost of smelting could be decreased efficiently.
