摘  要:针对热轧双相钢带钢边部形成褶皱缺陷的问题,结合金相检测和生产工艺分析,对热轧双相钢边部褶皱缺陷的形成原因进行了分析,结果表明:边部组织差异是导致热轧双相钢边部产生褶皱的主要原因。分析了定宽压力机板坯侧压量、终轧温度、过程温降等与褶皱缺陷的关系,指出减小板坯侧压量和提高终轧温度,可以基本上消除边部褶皱缺陷的产生。Aiming at the problem of the wrinkle defect forming at the edge of hot-rolled dual-phase steel,the causes of the edge wrinkle defect forming were analyzed in combination with the metallographic examination and the production process analysis.The results showed that the microstructure difference in the edge was the main cause that led to the wrinkle defect at the edge of the steel.The relationship between the wrinkle defect with the lateral pressure of slab sizing press,the finishing rolling temperature and the temperature drop was analyzed.By reducing the lateral pressure of slab and increasing the finishing rolling temperature,the wrinkle defect at the edge of the slab could be eliminated generally.
