摘　　要：文章研制开发的L-DAH回转式(螺杆)空气压缩机油,通过基础油以及添加剂的筛选及性能考察,确定了最优的基础油及添加剂的组成及配比比例,形成的最终产品,倾点较低,黏度指数高,闪点高,抗氧化性能好,机械杂质小,酸值低,抗泡性能好,抗乳化性能及旋转氧氮性能佳,可通过性能检测及应用考察,目前已经在多台大型螺杆压缩机的实际应用中取代复盛螺杆压缩机高级冷却液,通过6000 h的多次跟踪取样,各换油指标数据变化平缓,远远没有达到换油要求,取得了良好的使用效果,研制油品成本远远低于复盛螺杆压缩机高级冷却液,能够节省成本50%以上,具有良好的经济效益。In this paper,L-DAH rotary screw air compressor oil was developed.After the base oil and additives were selected and the performances were investigated,the optimal composition and proportion of base oil and additives were determined,then the final product appeared.The oil has the advantages of low pour point,high viscosity index,high flash point,good oxidation resistance,few mechanical impurities,low acid value,good anti-foam property and demulsibility,excellent rotary oxygen nitrogen performance.Through the performance test and application investigation,presently the oil can replace the advanced cooling liquid of Fusheng screw compressor in several large screw compressors.By tracking for 6000 hours and sampling repeatedly,oil change data changes gently and is well below the oil change requirement and good using results are achieved.The oil can save more than 50% of the cost,far lower than that of the advanced cooling liquid of the Fusheng screw compressor,so it has good economic benefits.
