“小科秘”软件在科室护理管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"小科秘"软件(科室移动信息化整体解决方案)在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将临床护理质控、病区管理质控、继续教育质控、疾病健康教育等知识上传到"小科秘"软件系统平台公告栏内长期储存,供护理人员随时随地学习与查询。利用"小科秘"软件进行工作计划布置、下达任务、护士排班、日常病区病情交班等管理工作。比较应用"小科秘"软件前后,临床护理、病区管理、继续教育质控管理得分,以及健康教育合格率、高危患者监控发生率的差异。结果应用"小科秘"软件后,临床护理、病区管理、继续教育质控得分高于应用前,健康教育合格率高于应用前,高危患者监控发生率低于应用前(P<0.05)。结论应用"小科秘"软件实现护理管理信息化,促进了护理管理工作的完善与发展。Objective To evaluate the effects of ＂Xiao Ke Mi＂（manual data input system） used in the nursing management of clinical departments. Methods The knowledge of clinical care,ward management,continuous education and health education was uploaded to the bullet in board of ＂Xiao Ke Mi＂ system,where all nurses could access them anytime. Moreover,planning making,shift arrangement,patient＇s condition handover could all be dealt with by ＂Xiao Ke Mi＂ system. The quality of clinical care,ward management,continuous education was compared before and after the system was applied. Besides,qualified rate of health education and rate of high risk patient monitoring were also compared. Results The quality of clinical care,ward management,continuous education was improved .The qualified rate of health education was increased. The rate of high risk patient monitoring was decreased significantly（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Xiao Ke Mi＂ could bring informationzation to nursing management. It can promote the development of clinical nursing management.
