中医烙法对慢性扁桃体炎患儿免疫球蛋白影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医烙法对慢性扁桃体炎患儿免疫球蛋白的影响。方法选取2015年8月~2016年8月在我院门诊行中医烙法的慢性扁桃体炎患儿62例,同期选取45例健康儿童作为对照组,观察治疗组患儿施烙前后血清免疫球蛋白的变化及其与健康儿童之间的差别。结果中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的总有效率为91.94%。施烙前治疗组患儿血清Ig M含量明显低于对照组,施烙后1个月血清IgM浓度较施烙前明显升高,已接近对照组水平。施烙后治疗组患儿血清CD4^+含量较施烙前升高,CD8^+含量较施烙前下降,CD4^+/CD8^+比值较施烙前提升,已接近对照组水平。结论中医烙法可有效治疗慢性扁桃体炎,同时保留免疫功能,操作禁忌证较少,具有较好的远期疗效。Objective To study the effect of the cauterization of traditional Chinese medicine on immunoglobulin in children with chronic tonsillitis.Methods Selection of 62 cases of chronic tonsillitis in our hospital from August 2015~2016 in August,45 healthy children were selected as control group,the changes of serum immunoglobulin and the difference between healthy children and children before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the cauterization of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis was 91.94%.The serum Ig M level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The serum IgM concentration was significantly higher than that of 1 months after the treatment,close to the control group.The serum CD4~＋ levels in the treatment group were higher than those before the treatment,the content of CD8~＋ was lower than that before the application,the ratio of CD4~＋/CD8~＋ was higher than that before application,close to the control group.Conclusion The cauterization of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively treat chronic tonsillitis,at the same time keep immune function,operation contraindications,with good long-term effect.
