摘 要:大规模分布式能源资源接入配电网不可避免地增加了电力系统运行的复杂程度,基于分散式管理的虚拟电厂运行模式能有效整合不同类型的分布式能源资源。虚拟电厂中的不确定性因素诸如随机发电机组出力和市场购售电策略往往会给虚拟电厂的运营决策带来风险,该文从可调度机组、随机发电机组、储能设备和柔性负荷的综合建模角度,基于两阶段随机规划建立计及条件风险价值的虚拟电厂能量管理模型,在将风险水平限制在可接受的前提下(或条件下)追求虚拟电厂收益最大。通过某虚拟电厂示例模拟仿真,探讨了不同风险偏好程度对虚拟电厂参与电力市场购售电和能量管理过程的影响,为虚拟电厂运行人员提供参考。Large-scale distributed energy resources integrated into the distribution network inevitably increase the operation complexity of power systems. Virtual power plant as a new operating mode, which is based on decentralized management, can effectively integrate different types of distributed energy resources. Uncertainties involved in the virtual power plant such as stochastic generators' output and power market purchasing strategies often bring risk to the decision making of virtual power plant operation. Based on the comprehensive modeling of the dispatching units, stochastic generators, energy storage devices and flexible loads, a two-stage stochastic energy management model of the virtual power plant considering the conditional value-at-risk was established. The objective is to maximize the profit of the virtual power plant while the risk imposed by the uncertainties is restricted to a predefined level. Through the simulation on a virtual power plant, the effects of different risk appetite on the virtual power plant participating in power market and the process of energy management were discussed, which can provide the operator with valuable guidelines for the operation of the virtual power plant.
