摘 要:该文提出并深入研究全桥Boost多输入直流变换器型并网逆变器电路拓扑、带限功率的最大功率输出能量管理控制策略和基于箝位电容的储能电感磁饱和抑制启动方案,给出高频开关过程分析、电压传输比推导和有源箝位电路设计,获得了重要结论。该拓扑是由全桥Boost型多输入直流变换器和Buck型逆变器级联构成;该能量管理控制策略是在最大功率点跟踪电压环外加入限功率环,通过减小异常情况下变换器的储能占空比来限制直流母线电压升高;该储能电感磁饱和抑制启动方案,是以2m个开关周期为一个控制周期,高频逆变电路功率开关和有源箝位开关交替工作。设计并研制成功的1k VA双输入并网逆变器样机,具有高频隔离、多输入源同时向负载供电、占空比调节范围宽、变换效率高、新能源利用充分、可靠性高等优点。The circuit topology of full-bridge Boost multi-input DC-DC converter type grid-connected inverters, the maximum power output with the power-limiting loop energy management control strategy, and the clamp-capacitor- based magnetic saturation suppression of energy storage inductor startup scheme were proposed and deeply investigated. Meanwhile, the high frequency switching process analysis, voltage transfer ratio derivation and active-clamp circuit design were provided. The circuit topology is composed of a full-bridge Boost type multi-input DC-DC converter and a cascaded Buck inverter. The control strategy adds a power-limiting loop into the MPPT voltage loop, to prevent the DC bus voltage rising by reducing the duty cycle of the converter under abnormal conditions. The magnetic saturation suppression startup scheme takes 2m switching periods as a control period, in which the power switches of high-frequency inverter circuits and active-clamp switch work alternatively. Designed IkVA dual-input inverter prototype has the advantages such as high-frequency isolation, simultaneous- supplying of multiple input sources, wide regulating range of duty cycle, high conversion efficiency, full use of new energy and high reliability.
