摘  要:将Δ-ΣADC应用于永磁同步电机旋变解码与电流/位置同步采样中。根据旋变工作原理对旋变激励电路、返回缓冲电路和英飞凌TC275芯片的底层模块配置进行设计,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境中完成了信号仿真,根据仿真结果分析了反正切函数的缺点,并在相角观测器中对相位延迟进行补偿。针对Δ-ΣADC同时运用在电机旋变解码和电流采样的情况,设计了一个合适的同步方案。联合硬件在环和CANape工具,验证了旋变软件解码的准确性与同步方案的可行性。A-E ADC was applied to the resolver-to-digital conversion and the current/position synchronous samplingof PMSM. According to the operating principle of the resolver, the exciting circuit, the returning circuit and the configura-tion of the modules in the Infenion microcontroller TC275 were designed. The simulation was operated in the environment ofMatlab/Simulink. On the basis of the simulation result, the shortcoming of the arctangent function was analyzed and thephase delay was compensated in the angle-tracking observer. A proper design plan was put forward under the circumstanceof applying Δ-∑ ADC to both resolver-to-digital conversion and the current/position synchronous sampling. The accuracyof the software-based resolver-to-digital con,ersion and the feasibility of the synchronization design are verified in the helpof hardware-in-loop and CANape.
