摘  要:利用无刷直流电机定子通电两相在悬空相的感应电压与相反电动势电压两者过零点相同,在启动阶段启动电流变化快,电机转速低,悬空相的感应电压远远大于相反电动势的特点,建立了利用检测悬空相感应电压过零点替代检测相反电动势过零点的电机起动过程中的转子位置检测方法,该方法实现了启动阶段实时检测转子位置信息,解决了传统方法中起动过程易失步的问题,弥补了传统方法的不足。A new method of testing the zero-crossing points of back-EMF of BLDCM was proposed with the principleof the induced voltage at the vacant phase caused by that the two phases of the energized stators and the back-EMF had thesame zero-crossing points and the amplitude of the former one was bigger than the latter for the changing rate of the startingcurrent was much faster and the speed of motor was lowest in the start-up level. This testing method was established by tes-ting the zero-crossing points of the induced voltage at the vacant phase instead of the zero-crossing points the back-EMF.The new method could achieve the start-up of the motor with real-time detecting the position of the rotor, solvde the prob-lem of losing the start-step of the motor, and compensated the shortages of the traditional starting method.
