摘 要:通过有限元软件对永磁无刷电动机进行温度场分布研究,根据电机实际结构特点建立仿真模型,特别是定子绕组等效成层层叠压,即每两个绕组层之间为绝缘层建立绕组热模型,以电机热交换边界条件建立了温度场边界,通过分析得出永磁无刷电动机各部件温度场分布,实验研究结果与仿真结果对比得出模型等效方法的正确性和温度场分析方法的正确性,对永磁无刷电动机优化设计提供参考数据,对电机热场研究精确度提高有十分重要意义。According to the finite element software study on temperature field distribution of permanent magnet brush-less dc motor, according to the structural characteristics of motor practical simulation model was established. Stator windingwas equivalent as layer, between every two winding layer for insulating layer winding thermal model was established. Tem-perature field was established by motor heat transfer boundary conditions, Permanent magnet brushless motor parts tempera-ture field distribution was concluded through analysis. Experimental results are compared with the simulation results thatconclude the correctness of equivalent method of the model and the correctness of the temperature field analysis method. Toprovide reference data for optimization design of Permanent magnet brushless motor, thermal field of motor accuracy hasvery important significance.
