摘 要:介绍一种基于4块排样方式的下料算法。构造4块排样方式的无约束生成算法和有约束生成算法;然后采用线性规划规划算法迭代调用无约束排样算法生成第一部分下料方案,采用顺序启发式算法顺序调用有约束排样算法生成第二部分下料方案;最后组合两部分下料方案形成最终下料方案。以参考文献中具体的生产实例进行计算分析,结果表明该下料算法比一般的下料算法更能节省板材。A cutting algorithm based on four block layout was presented. Unconstrained algorithm and constrained algo-rithm for generating four block layout were constructed. Linear programming algorithm called the unconstrained algorithm it-eratively to generate the first part cutting plan, sequential heuristic algorithm called constrained algorithm sequentially togenerate the second part cutting plan, combined the two parts cutting plan to form the final cutting plan. Specific productionexamples in literature were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the cutting algorithm can save more consumptionof plate than the algorithm.
