引水入渠方治疗气血虚弱型便秘40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察引水入渠方治疗气血虚弱型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例气血虚弱型便秘患者随机分成2组,治疗组40例服用引水入渠方治疗,对照组40例服用麻仁滋脾丸治疗,2组均以28d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率为45.0%、总有效率为92.5%,对照组分别为12.5%、70.0%,2组痊愈率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组便秘症状总积分显著低于对照组,72h结肠传输功能改善率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组痊愈及有效患者停药3个月后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:引水入渠方治疗气血虚弱型便秘疗效确切。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinshui Ruqu prescription in the treatment of constipa- tion with qi - blood deficiency. Methods ： A total of 80 constipation patients with qi - blood deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yinshui Ruqu prescription, and those in the control group were given Maren Zipi pills. Both groups were treated for 28 days as one course of treatment. After treatment, the clinical outcomes of patients were evaluated. Results：The treatment group had significantly higher cure rate and overall response rate than the control group（45.0% vs 12. 5% ,P 〈0. 05 ;92.5% vs 70.0% ,P 〈0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly lower total constipation symptom score and a significantly higher rate of improvement in co- lon transit at 72 hours （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The cured and improved patients in the treatment group had a significantly lower recurrence rate than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment withdrawal. Conclusion： Yinshui Ruqu prescription has good efficacy in treating constipation with qi -blood deficiency.
