复合莲子组合物对记忆功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复合莲子组合物对改善记忆功能的影响。方法:以腹腔注射氢溴酸东莨菪碱制备大鼠获得性记忆障碍模型。将56只大鼠随机分为7组,即对照组,模型组,吡拉西坦组,磷脂酰丝氨酸组,复合莲子组合物低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。除对照组不做任何处理外,其他组分别灌胃0.9%氯化钠注射液1m L/100g,吡拉西坦400mg/kg,磷脂酰丝氨酸20m L/kg,复合莲子组合物5、10、20m L/kg,均每天1次,连续30d。观察各组大鼠对跳台实验、水迷宫实验各指标的影响。结果:复合莲子组合物能增加实验大鼠的体质量,延长模型大鼠跳台实验潜伏期,减少错误次数,能缩短模型大鼠水迷宫实验到达终点时间、减少错误次数和增大2min到达终点动物百分数,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复合莲子组合物能改善获得性记忆障碍模型大鼠记忆能力。Objective： To investigate the effect of compound lotus seed composition in improving memory function. Methods ： Intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine hydrobromide was performed to establish a rat model of acquired memory disorder. A total of 56 rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, piracetam group, phosphatidyl- serine group, and low - , middle - , and high - dose compound lotus seed composition groups, with 8 rats in each group. The rats in the control group were not given any treatment, and those in the other groups were given 0.9% sodium chloride in- jection 1 mL/100g, piracetam 400mg/kg, phosphatidylserine 20mL/kg, or compound lotus seed composition 5,10, or 20mI/ kg once a day by gavage for 30 consecutive days. All groups were compared in terms of the indices in step - down test and water maze test. Results：Compared with the model group, the compound lotus seed composition groups had a significant in- crease in body weight, a significantly prolonged latency period in the step - down test, significant reductions in the time to reach the destination and number of errors, and a significant increase in the proportion of rats who reached their destina- tions （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound lotus seed composition can improve memory function in rats with ac- quired memory disorder.
