循环修正组合优化模型在海南省各市县综合经济实力评价中的应用

摘　　要：本文以2015年海南省统计年鉴提供的18个市县的11项经济发展相关指标数据为依托,首先采用TOPSIS法、熵值法、因子分析法、主成分分析法对各市县的综合经济实力进行了评价和排序,为了避免评价结果的非一致性,又采用了循环修正的组合优化模型对四种单一评价结果进行了组合评价,最终得出了更加科学合理的海南省各市县综合经济的排名,从而为政府制定发展规划和决策提供理论依据。The paper is based on 11 indicators which are related to the city economic development of 18 cities in Hainan in 2015.Firstly, TOPSlS evaluation method, entropy evaluation method, principle component analysis and factor analysis are used toevaluate the economic strength of cities in Hainan. To avoid the inconsistency of the evaluation result.Circulating Revision of Combination Optimization Model is applied in order to unify the evaluation results. Finally, more reasonable rank of the economic strength of cities in Hainan is got, which can provide theoretical basis for the economic development program and decision-making.
