摘　　要：土地是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础,是宝贵的不可再生的自然资源,耕地是保证国家粮食安全最重要的基础,是农民生存发展的最宝贵资源。本文通过剖析违法占地的严峻形势,梳理违法占地的表现形式,分析违法占地的原因,提出遏制违法占地的建议和对策,以促进土地管理秩序持续向好,助推社会经济健康平稳发展。Land is the material basis for the survival and development of mankind and also a valuable non-renewable natural resources. Cultivated land is the most important foundation of national food security and the most valuable resource for peasants to survive and develop, This paper described the grim situation of illegal land occupation, summarized the forms of illegal land occupation, and analyzed the causes of illegal land occupation. Based on these analyses, this paper proposed some suggestions and countermeasures to curb the ille-gal land occupation so as to promote the order of land management, and help the healthy and stable development of society and economy.
