摘  要:目的评价全血质控在不同流式细胞仪上的淋巴细胞检测结果一致性。方法同时使用BD CD3/4/45试剂在ACEA Novocyte和BD FACSCalibur流式细胞仪上对两种质控血样本的CD3+、CD3%与CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD4+%进行检测。结果两种机型做出的CD4的百分比无论高值还是低值都相差不大,但是CD4的绝对数ACEA Novocyte较BD FACSCalibur结果偏高在10%以上;BD CD3/4/45三色试剂无论是在BD FACSCalibur还是ACEA Novocyte的检测结果均在质控全血靶值的范围内,但是与靶值的中值相比,BD FACSCalibur相对于ACEA Novocyte检出的值偏差较大且普遍偏低。结论建议每次在同一种机型检测,以保证结果的稳定和持续有效。Objective To evaluate the consistency of lymphocyte results which are tested through two flow cytometers using the whole blood control. Methods Two whole blood control materials(high value and low value) were used for CD3+,CD3%, CD3 + CD4 + and CD3 + CD4 +% detection with ACEA Novocyte and BD FACSCalibur. Results There was not much difference in the percentage of CD4, no matter in high value or in low value for both flow cytometers tests. The CD4 count tested by ACEA Novocyte was over 10% higher than that tested by BD FACSCalibur. For BD CD3/4/45 reagent, all results located within the range of the target values of the whole blood controls. But compared with the mid-value of the target values, the result value from BD FACSCalibur was lower than the value from ACEA Novocyte, and that the deviation was bigger. Conclusions For getting stabilized and effective result, the suggestion is that all tests should be conducted in the same equipment.
