摘　　要：本文以浙江经贸职业技术学院为例,在充分开展对计算机网络技术专业行业人才需求调研和专业现状分析的基础上,提出了一种"三阶段、模块化"的网络技术专业创新人才培养模式,并从构建"平台+模块化"的专业课程体系、构建"一体两翼"式的实践教学体系、探索"四方联动、分层递进"的校企合作模式三个角度给出了相应的实施路径和方案。This paper takes Zhejiang Economics and Trade Polytechnic as an example, putting forward a ＂three - stage, modular＂ network technology specialty talent nurturing mode on the basis of fully carrying out the research of industry talent demand and the analysis of professional status quo. Then the implementation of the path and solution are given from three dimensions including building ＂platform ＋ modular＂ professional curriculum system, building ＂one body with two wings＂ practical teaching system, exploring the ＂quartet linkage and grading progressive＂ mode of cooperation between school and enterprise.
