摘　　要：智能招聘系统是企业在办公自动化领域,能够获得所需的人才并发挥其独特竞争优势的一种战略选择,是企业人力资源管理综合能力的体现,是电子商务技术在商业领域的集成应用。通过对复杂环境下智能招聘系统的市场需求进行研究,采用软件工程的思想,提出员工智能招聘系统开发并用于企业实际发展方向,为智能招聘系统提供借鉴。The intelligent recruitment system is a kind of strategic choice in the field of office automation, which can obtain the necessary talents and play its unique competitive advantage. It is the embodiment of the comprehensive ability of human resource management, and the integrated application of e-commerce technology in business field. Through the research on the market demand of intelligent recruitment system in complex environment, the idea of software engineer- ing is put forward, and the staff intelligent recruitment system is developed and used in the actual development direction of the enterprise, which provides reference for the intelligent recruitment system.
