雾霾天气对北京入境旅游者的影响分析

摘　　要：近年来频繁爆发的雾霾天气已成为影响北京入境旅游者的重要因素。通过查阅文献、设计问卷、抽样调查,分析雾霾天气对北京入境旅游者的来京计划、来京途中、旅游行程等方面影响。研究表明:(1)62.68%的入境旅游者认为雾霾对其北京短期旅行计划影响较小,37.32%的入境旅游者认为雾霾天气对其来京计划有一定的影响,选择取消来京计划、到其他城市游览、缩短在京游览时间。(2)调查样本中43.44%的北京入境旅游者在来京的路途中受到了雾霾天气的影响,主要为飞机延误或航班取消(23.91%)以及交通堵塞(16.32%)。(3)雾霾对北京入境旅游者的行程造成的影响因出游组织方式差异而不同,自助来京的入境旅游者因雾霾变换行程的可能性高于参加团队游的入境旅游者。(4)入境旅游者在来京前后对北京雾霾天气的感知存在较大差异。(5)分析了入境旅游者对本次来京旅游总体满意、重游率、推荐率。In recent years, the frequent outbreak of haze weather has become an important factor affecting the number of inbound tourists in Beijing. Using literature review, questionnaire design, sampling and investigate, the impacts of haze weather on inbound tourists in Beijing were analyzed from Beijing＇ s trip plan, on the way to Beijing, travel itinerary, and others. Research results were showed the following： （1） 62.68% of inbound tour- ists thought haze weather was not a big problem because of such as short -term travel, or dont mind, or had to come. And 37.32% of inbound tourists thought that there was certain impact on the Beijing travel plan, such as selecting cancel to Beijing plans （35.16%）, or go to other cities Tour （20.31%） and shorten tour time in Bei- jing （29.69%）. （2） The survey sample of 43.44% of Beijing$ inbound tourist route in Beijing road is affected by the haze weather, mainly for flight delays or cancellations （23.91%） and traffic jam （ 16.32% ）. （3） There were difference responses on effects of haze for Beijing inbound tourists with the different travel organization; the self- help inbound tourists to Beijing had more possibilities to transform travel itinerary than team inbound tour- ists in haze weather. （4） There were bigger difference on the perception of inbound tourists on haze before and after tourism in Beijing ; 55.11% of them thought the actual situation was better. （5） 80.76% of inbound tour- ists had overall satisfaction on the travel to Beijing, 76.97% and 73.18% of them indicated respectively be will- ing to revisit Beijing, recommend friends and relatives to visit Beijing, but 61.81% of them thought haze affect- ing their mood, 58.02% of them were not satisfied with the overall environment of Beijing.
