摘 要:[目的]研制各项性能指标合格的45%多杀菌素水分散粒剂,并明确其对黄瓜棕榈蓟马的防治效果,为多杀菌素剂型多样化开发提供参考。[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验对载体、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂和黏结剂的种类和用量进行筛选、优化,并开展防治黄瓜棕榈蓟马的药效试验。[结果]45%多杀菌素水分散粒剂最佳配方为(质量分数计):有效成分为90%的多杀菌素原药50%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%、木质素磺酸钠10%、尿素8%,并用滑石粉补足至100%。该配方的样品崩解时间为50.2 s,悬浮率90%左右,热贮稳定性良好。施药剂量为9.0、13.5、18.0 g a.i./hm^2时,施药7 d后对黄瓜棕榈蓟马的的防效分别为72.26%、87.65%和94.63%。[结论]本研究开发的45%多杀菌素水分散粒剂各项指标均符合要求,所用助剂成本较低,生产工艺简单,并可有效防治大棚设施蔬菜黄瓜的棕榈蓟马。[Aims] In order to enrich the dosage forms of spinosad, the spinosad 45% WG with qualified performance indicators was developed, and its control effect on Thrips palmi Karny in cucumber was tested. [Methods] The optimum carrier, wetting agent, dispersant, disintegrating agent and binder were selected by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The field trial of its control efficacy against T. palmi Karny in cucumber was conducted.[Results] The optimal formulation was spinosad technical material 50%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 5%,sodium lignosulphonate 10%, carbamide 8% and talcum powder up to 100%. The sample had good distintegration characteristic(50.2 s), suspension rate(about 90%) and heat storage stability. The control efficacies(after 7 days)against T. palmi Karny in the cucumber field at the dose of 9.0, 13.5, 18.0 g a.i./ha were 72.26, 87.65 and 94.63%,respectively. [Conclusions] Spinosad 45% WG with low-cost adjuvant and simple manufacturing process was prepared. The control efficacy against T. palmi Karny showed its high application value.
