摘　　要：[目的]拟建立氯啶菌酯含量检测不确定度表达式,以明确实验各环节对检测结果的影响程度。[方法]通过对采用高效液相色谱法测定氯啶菌酯含量时各种不确定度分量的来源分析并加以评定。[结果]经计算合成不确定度及扩展不确定度,得出了氯啶菌酯测定的不确定度表达式。[结论]本实验结果适用于针对原药或制剂中氯啶菌酯含量检测过程中的不确定度进行评估。[Aims] The aim of evaluation of uncertainty in measurement is to study the effects of process on determination results, and provide scientific basis for the laboratory quality management and control. [Methods] Uncertainty in determination of tricyclopyricarb content by HPLC was evaluated. [Results] The expression of uncertainty was established through calculating uncertainty. [Conclusions] The procedure and method of evaluation are useful to uncertainty evaluation in determination of of tricyclopyricarb in the TC and preparation.
