摘 要:[目的]为明确油菜田棒头草对精喹禾灵的抗性水平。[方法]采用塑料盆法和穴盘法对30个地区的棒头草进行抗性水平监测,并对2种方法进行比较。[结果]各采样点的棒头草对精喹禾灵均产生了不同程度的抗药性,其中湖南浏阳市永安镇的棒头草处于相对敏感水平,湖南南县浪拔湖镇相对抗性倍数最高。[结论]塑料盆法和穴盘法结果基本相同,抗性趋势基本一致,穴盘法更适用于大量样本处理,可作为杂草抗性监测的一种新的有效方法。[Aims] The study aims to investigate the resistance of Polypogon fugax to quizalofop-p-ethyl. [Methods] The resistance level were evaluated by plastic plot bioassay and cell tray bioassay, P. fugax were collected from 30 collecting sites, and these two methods were compared as well. [Results] The results showed that P. fugax from different collecting sites had different levels of resistance to quizalofop-p-ethyl, and P. fugax from the collecting site of Yong'an Town, Liuyang City, Hunan Province was the most sensitive, and the resistant level was highest from the site of Balanghu Town, Nanxian City, Hunan Province. [Conclusions] The two methods showed the same results and resistant tendency. The cell tray bioassay was more suitable for large samples, which could be a new effective way for the investigation of resistance weeds.
