摘 要:通过fluent软件数值模拟了聚丙烯在普通注塑螺杆和新型强化传热结构的简化展开模型中的流动过程,计算分析了2种不同结构的螺杆流道中流体流动的非等温流场。研究结果表明:新型强化传热结构流道里的熔体存在明显的翻转现象,机筒顶部和螺杆底部熔体存在质交换的过程。与普通螺杆相比,该新型结构流道里的熔体经过径向的翻转之后,各个轴向横截面上的温度分布更均匀,在出口截面处的温度更高。因此,该新型结构在增加对流传质的同时,又增强了螺杆的强化传热。The flow process of polypropylene was simulated between ordinary screw structure and a new type of enhanced heat transfer structure through the Fluent. In the process, simplified expansion models was used to calculate the two different structures under the condition of non-isothermal flow. The results showed that there was an obvious reverse phenomenon in the new type of enhanced heat transfer structure, which meant that between the bottom and the top of the barrel had existed mass exchange. Compared with the ordinary screw structure, there was a more uniform temperature distribution of each section and higher exit cross section temperature in the new types tructure. Therefore, the new structure not only increased the convective mass transfer, and also enhanced the heat transfer of the screw.
