摘 要:废旧冰箱中塑料的无害化回收处理已经成为一个亟待解决的问题,而回收所得到的塑料产品纯度已经成为制约废旧冰箱塑料回收行业发展的重要因素。将近红外光谱分析识别技术应用到在线废旧冰箱塑料的分选识别中,设计并搭建了一整套的分选平台,实现了废旧冰箱塑料主要成分的在线识别。特别针对目前近红外分析技术较难识别的ABS与PS开发了适应的识别算法,对搭建的分选平台进行了废旧冰箱塑料主要成分ABS、PS与PP的识别准确率实验。实验结果表明,近红外光谱分析技术适用于废旧冰箱塑料的在线识别,且准确率可以达到98%以上。The environmental friendly recycling of plastic from waste refrigerator had been an acute problem. The purity of the recycled plastic had become the key factor of the waste refrigerator recycling industry. The recognition technologies utilizing near-infrared spectroscopy were applied in the online recognition and recycling of plastic from waste refrigerator. The entire platform for recognition and separation of waste plastic were established. The accuracy rate of the recognition of ABS,PS and PP was verified. The 98 percent accuracy showed that the online recycling waste plastic using the technology of near- infrared spectroscopy was promising.
