摘 要:螺杆作为聚合物塑化装置的重要组成部件,对聚合物的塑化质量和设备的塑化能力具有重要的影响。从传热传质学的角度分析了聚合物的熔融塑化过程,提出了一种用于螺杆塑化系统的新型强化传热结构——扭转元件,并采用冷态可视化实验方法分别在普通螺纹元件和扭转元件中模拟聚合物塑化过程的流动状态,对聚合物流动特性和强化传热传质的本质进行了探讨。结果表明,相对于螺纹元件,扭转元件具有强化径向传质的作用,使物料发生径向扭转翻滚,间接增大了料流与机筒内表面的传热面积,达到了强化径向传热的目的,从而使其径向温度分布更加均匀,塑化质量更好,并达到了节能的效果。As an important component of the polymer plasticizing device, the screw had an important influence on the plasticizing quality and plasticizing ability of the polymer. A novel torsion element for the plasticating process was proposed and the process of polymer melt plasticization was reviewed from the viewpoint of heat and mass transfer. Visualization experiments in two kinds of screw structures were used to simulate the flow state of polymer plasticating process, and the essence of heat transfer enhancement was studied. The results indicated that the torsion elements had the function of radial mass transfer enhancement which could cause the material to roll, compared with the general screw elements, the heat transfer area of the material flow and the inner surface of the barrel was increased indirectly, the radial temperature distribution was more uniform, and plasticizing quality was better. Therefore, the torsion elements had the function of enhancing heat transfer and energy saving.
