摘 要:以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为增韧相,改性云母(Mica)为增强相,利用挤出熔融混合法制备了一系列PLA/TPU/Mica复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、广角X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪和维卡软化仪测试了复合材料的形态、结晶性能和热性能。结果表明:添加2.5%的Mica后,PLA/TPU共混物的结晶度下降了2.77%,热变形温度提高了6.7℃;同时,改性后的Mica具有良好的分散形态,当2.5%的Mica经硅烷偶联剂改性后,其共混物结晶度仅下降了1.06%,热变形温度提高了8.5℃;与钛酸酯偶联剂改性的Mica相比,硅烷偶联剂改性的Mica能够更好地改善共混物的耐热性。With polylactic acid (PLA) as the matrix phase, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) as the toughening pahse, modified Mica as the reinforcing phase, a series of PLA/TPU/Mica composite were prepared by melt compounding with twin- screw extruder. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vicat softening temperature analyzer (VST) were used to study the morphology, crystallization and thermal performance of the composite, respectively. The results were showed that, crystallinity of the PLA/TPU blend was decreased by 2. 77% , and its thermal deformation temperature was increased by 6.75 ℃ with the introduce of Mica; Moreover, modified Mica panicles in PLA/TPU matrix had better dispersion morphology and interfacial compatibility; modified Mica particles did not impact on the crystal type of PLA phase, but its thermal deformation temperature was increased by 8.54 ℃ than that of titanate coupling agent. crystallinity of the blend merely was decreased by 1.06% , and So the Mica treated by silane coupling agent had better effect
