摘  要:采用乙二醇钛、钛酸四丁酯、硅酸四乙酯及苯基膦酸合成3种新型含钛复合催化剂,研究了自合成催化剂对PET合成反应、产物结构与性能的影响规律,并与以Sb_2O_3、乙二醇钛为催化剂合成的PET的结构和性能进行了对比。结果表明:与Sb_2O_3合成的PET相比,钛系催化剂合成的PET的L值和b值较高,说明PET产品亮度更大但颜色偏黄;玻璃化转变温度(T_g)、熔融温度(T_m)、冷结晶温度(T_(cc))变化不大。采用钛酸四丁酯、硅酸四乙酯、苯基膦酸复配的钛硅催化剂合成的PET分子量最高,分子量分布窄,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率最好;该催化剂的催化活性是同等条件下Sb_2O_3催化剂的17倍,其动力学研究表明,该催化剂体系具有更大的反应速率常数。3 component titanium catalyst were prepared from titanium glycolate, tetrabutyhitanate,tetraethyl orthosilicate and phenylphosphonic acid and their catalytic behavior for condensation polymerization of terephthalic acid,were investigated and compared with that by Sb2O3 or titanium glycolate. The best catalyst was optimized. The results showed the PET obtained by Ti-based catalyst possessed higher L and b values than that by Sb2O3 , indicated the greater brightness, but with more yellow color. Their glass transition temperature (Tg) and melting temperature ( Tm ) cold crystallization temperature ( Tcc ) changed little;the thermal stability was improved. By using tetrabutyhitanate, tetraethyl silicate and phenyl phosphoric acid as the composite catalyst, the intrinsic viscosity and tensile strength and elongation of obtained PET had been improved and their molecular weight was the highest with narrow distribution. In addition,the catalyst showed 17 times catalytic activity of that of Sb2O3 , and the polymerization rate was significantly improved. The kinetic study showed that the catalyst system had a larger reaction rate constant than Sb2O3.
