邓氏冠心方对痰瘀型冠心病症状及血小板功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的讨论分析邓氏冠心方对痰瘀型冠心病及血小板功能的影响。方法参与本实验的痰瘀型冠心病患者共76例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分成两组(n=38),对照组患者接受常规西药基础治疗,治疗组在其基础上加行邓氏冠心方治疗,对比两组患者相关临床指标数据变化情况。结果相比于对照组,治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率更高;相比于治疗前,治疗后两组患者的血小板聚集率均更低(P<0.05),但是两组患者组间比较血小板聚集率指标数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将常规基础西药联合邓氏冠心方应用于痰瘀型冠心病临床治疗中,能够从根本上降低患者血小板聚集率,有利于实现斑块稳定,对于提高患者临床治疗效果及预后质量均具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical study on the symptom of coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndromeand influence of platelet function with Deng＇s corocardial decoction. Methods A total of 76 patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were involved in this experiment, and all patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method （n=38）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine basic treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Deng＇s corocardial decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical indicators data of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was higher in the treatment group. Afer treatment, the platelet aggregation rate was lower in both groups than that before treatment（P 〈 0.05）, however, there was no statistically significant difference in the index of platelet aggregation between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Common basic western medicine combined with Deng＇s corocardial decoction that applied to coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, can radically reduce platelet aggregation rate, actualize the plaque stability, improve the quality of patient＇s clinical curative effect and prognosis is of great significance.
