枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗癌痛患者奥施康定引起的消化道副反应的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗癌痛患者服用奥施康定引起的消化道副反应的效果。方法将52例中重度癌痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各26例。治疗组在服用奥施康定的同时给予枸橼酸莫沙必利5mg/次,3次/d,餐前服用;对照组只服用奥施康定。观察两组患者消化道副反应的发生情况,并对症处理。结果治疗组患者便秘的发生率为15.4%,对照组发生率为42.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的恶心呕吐发生率为11.5%,对照组发生率为38.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利片对于癌痛患者奥施康定引起的消化道副反应有明显的缓解作用,能够提高患者的生存质量,可用于癌痛患者缓解消化道不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of gastrointestinal side effects caused by oxycontin on cancer pain treatment with mosapride citratetablet. Methods 52 patients with severe cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment groups and the control group,26 cases in each group.The patients of treatment group received oxycontin and mosapride citrate 5mg/time,3 times/d,before meals.While,the patients of control group were only given oxycontin. The incidence of side effects of digestive tract was observed and the symptomatic treatment was given. Results The incidence of constipation in the treatment group was 15.4%,in the control group was 42.3%,the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of constipation in the treatment group was 11.5%,in the control group was 38.4%,there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablets can significantly relieve the gastrointestinal side reaction caused by oxycontin in cancer pain patients,and can improve the quality of life of patients.It can be used to relieve gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients with cancer pain.
