摘　　要：目的探讨护理安全管理在提高血液透析室护理质量中的作用。方法选择2015年2月~2016年12月到我院血液透析室进行血液透析的患者45例作为研究对象,患者均对本研究知情同意,通过随机分组,分得实验组23例,对照组22组,实验组施以护理安全管理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者的不安全事件发生率、护理质量及满意度。结果实验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理质量评分为(94.21±2.89)分,患者及医师的满意度分别为(92.21±2.71)、(93.75±3.25),对照组护理质量评分为(83.72±4.51)分,患者及医师的满意度分别为(85.82±4.96)、(87.32±3.99),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理安全管理,能有效减少血液透析患者的不安全事件发生率,同时,提高护理质量及满意度。Objective To explore the role of nursing safety management in improving the quality of nursing in hemodialysis room. Methods 45 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. Informed consent was obtained for all patients. They were randomly divided into experimental group 23 cases and control group 22 groups. The experimental group was treated with nursing safety management, while the control group received routine nursing care. The incidence of unsafe events, nursing quality and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing quality score of the experimental group was （94.21 ±2.89） points, and the satisfaction degree of the patients and doctors was （92.21 ± 2.71）, （93.75±3.25）, while the nursing quality score of the control group was （83.72±4.51 ） points, and the satisfaction degree of the patients and doctors was （85.82 ± 4.96）, （87.32±3.99）, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing safety management can effectively reduce the incidence of unsafe events in hemodialysis patients, and at the same time improve the quality of care and satisfaction.
