酚醛环氧涂料在石化污水罐重防腐中的应用

摘　　要：采用酚醛环氧树脂为基料,以改性脂环胺为固化剂,搭配耐酸性优异的颜填料,制备了一种用于污水罐内壁防腐的酚醛环氧涂料,该涂料具有优良的耐化学品性及防腐性能。讨论了酚醛环氧树脂及固化剂的选择、颜填料的选择和助剂的使用对其性能的影响。The phenolic epoxy coating used in heavy-duty protection of petrochemical sewage tank was prepared by using phenolic epoxy resin as the base material, the modified cycloaliphatic amine as curing agent and acid-resistant pigments and fillers. This coating has excellent chemical resistance and corrosion performance. The choice of phenolic epoxy resin and curing agent, the choice of pigments and fillers and the influence of additives on their properties are discussed.
