尿激酶灌洗在慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析慢性硬膜下血肿行钻孔引流术后腔内尿激酶灌注冲洗的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2016年8月51例慢性硬膜下血肿患者行钻孔引流术后加用腔内尿激酶冲洗及灌注的临床资料。结果本组患者经治疗后症状缓解、恢复良好，治愈50例、复发1例，无严重并发症。结论慢性硬膜下血肿行钻孔引流术后加用腔内尿激酶灌注冲洗是一种简单，安全，创伤小的治疗方法。能够改善引流效果、减少复发、促进患者早日康复、提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of postoperative urokinase instillation in treating chronic subdural hematoma. Methods 51 cases of chronic subdural hematoma treated in our hospital between January 2010 and August 2016. were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were treated by urokinase instillation after drilling drainage. Recurrence of chronic subdural hematoma and complications were also recorded. Results 50 patients were completely and partly cured. Recurrence was observed in only one patient post-operation. No one was found serious complications. Conclusions Postoperative urokinase instillation may be a safer, simpler, and faster mini-invasive surgical procedure for chronic subdural hematoma treatment. Postoperative drainage with instillation of urokinase can dramatically increase effect of drainage, decrease recurrence rate, promote patients early restoration and improve patients quality of life.
