单导管法射频消融治疗频发室性早搏年青患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单导管法射频消融青年学生频发单源性右室流出道室性早搏的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析26例起源于右心室流出道频发单源性室性旱搏的青年学生的临床资料，均施行单导管法射频消融治疗。结果26例患者，成功消融26例，成功率达100％，无一例复发，且无近期和远期并发症。结论单导管法射频消融青年学生频发右心室流出道室性早搏安全、有效。Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of the early right ventricular outflow tract in young students with single catheter radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods 26 cases of young students originate from right ventricular outflow tract were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients were retrospectively analyzed, no recurrence and short and long complications were found. 100% cases were successful and no recrudescence. Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation of ventricular premature beats in young patients with right ventricular outflow tract is safe and effective.
