中药熏蒸联合尿素乳膏治疗进行性指掌角皮症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏蒸联合尿素乳膏治疗进行性指掌角皮症的临床疗效。方法进行性指掌角皮症患者58例，随机分为两组，观察组28例，采取中药熏蒸联合尿素乳膏治疗。对照组30例，采用尿素乳膏治疗。4周后观察疗效。结果观察组有效率89．29％，对照组有效率56．67％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=9．81，P〈0．05）。结论中药熏蒸联合尿素乳膏治疗进行性指掌角皮症疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and urea ointment in the treatment of keratodermia tylodes palmaris progressiva. Methods 58 keratodermia tylodes palmaris progressiva patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group （ Chinese medicine fumigation and urea ointment ） had 28 cases, The control group （ urea ointment ） had 30 cases. The curative effect was observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 89.29%, and that of the control group was 56.6%. The efficacy of joint group was better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and urea ointment has curative effect in keratodermia tylodes palmaris progressiva.
