二胎剖宫产产妇术中真实体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解二胎剖宫产产妇术中的真实感受，为提高手术室优质护理质量提供有利依据。方法应用质性研究方法，对2015年7月至2016年6月18例二胎剖宫产手术产妇进行深度访谈，现场录音和笔录，并进行整理、分析、提取。结果通过对资料的整理、分析、提取，可归纳为3个主体：对手术心理负担过重，负性体验的应对方法，渴望得到家人和社会的支持。结论二胎剖宫产产妇由于多为高龄，妊娠并发症多，术中体验复杂多样，应积极关注并给于术前宣教、放松训练等干预措施，提高产妇入手术室后的舒适度和满意度，提高手术室优质护理质量。Objective To understand the true feelings of the second cesarean section in the operation, so as to provide a good basis for improving the quality of nursing in operation room. Method In-depth interviews were conducted in 18 cases of the second cesarean section from July 2015 to June 2016 in addition with qualitative research methods, live recording and transcripts, and collation, analysis, extraction. Result Through the collection, analysis and extraction of data, we can sum up as 3 main bodies： The heavy psychological burden of the operation, negative experiences during the operation and family and social support to cope with stress. Conclusion Because of the old age, there are many pregnancy complications and the experience is complex and varied during the second cesarean section. We should pay more attention to that and give some intervention measures, such as preoperative propaganda and relaxation training. We should improve comfort and satisfaction after entering operation room, finally improve the quality of nursing in operation room.
