城市工业用地的布局模式研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的推进,城市工业用地的空间布局也在调整演变。本文在概述城市化中城市工业用地内涵及发展的基础上,提出了城市工业用地的四种地域类型,分析了不同地域类型与工业用地的区位、产业类型及发展趋势的关系。阐述了以地域类型为基础的城市工业用地的布局模式,包括点面状、轴线状和扇状等空间布局模式,提出了各种布局模式在市域范围内组合和调整的方法对策。With the development of urbanization,spatial distribution of city industrial land were also adjusted and evoluted. In this paper,based on an overview of content and development on city industrial land,four geographical types are proposed,the relationship of location and industry types and trends is analyzed between different geographical types and industrial land. The distribution patterns of industrial land in city are elaborated on the basis of geographical types,including spatial distribution patterns,such as point and area shape,axis shape and fan shape and so on. Methods and countermeasures are summed up on combinations and adjustment in the city area of all kinds of distribution patterns.
