摘　　要：运用复杂网络对Zephyr全球并购数据库中2010年以来的2867个跨国交易数据进行研究分析发现:全球并购网络是一个典型的小世界网络,英美等发达经济体在全球并购网络中处于骨干地位;在"一带一路"沿线国家中,中国和东盟地区在高端设备业中正在积极进行产业升级,而南亚、中东欧地区正好相反。此外,东盟、西亚地区正在承接传统高竞争产业的转移。西亚地区石化行业产业转移最为活跃,东盟与之类似。This paper studied 2,867 M&A transactions since 2010 from Z ephyr's global M&A database,constructing a complex network of cross-border M& A events. The results are,( 1) the global M& A network is a typical small world network,the United States and other western countries are in the backbone;( 2) among the 'Belt and R oad'countries,China and the ASEAN region is experiencing positive industrial upgrading,and South Asia,Central and Eastern Europe is just the opposite. In the excess capacity industry,the ASEAN countries,W estern Asian countries are undertaking the transfer from other regions. Western Asia is the most active in the petrochemical industry,ASEAN as follow.
